    • Option 1-find a freelancer. It's the cheapest. But then you will have to check the qualifications of the performer. And don't get mad when the deadline delays start. If you do not know how to distinguish a bad architect from a good one, it is better to skip this option.
    • The freelance designer will most likely not sign the drawings, and he will also most likely not have an SRO permit for these types of work. If you know what you are doing and will control the construction yourself, you can try it. In this case, you yourself act as a construction company and this will allow you to save money.
    • Option 2 — design organization or architectural bureau. The job will be done well. But there is another feature. The design bureau will not build, so they will not have to control the construction budget.
    • You will receive the project, contact the contractors, and they will calculate the actual volumes without the opportunity to save money. usually, the project office is used for the construction of large objects or complex large private houses. as a rule, potential contractors are involved to control the construction budget during the design process.
    • Option 3-architectural and construction center. This is a construction company with its own architectural department. In this case, the project is developed taking into account the construction costs. The design solutions have already been tested by this particular contractor. Due to standard solutions and technology, the cost of the design may not be at all. you may be asked to include the cost of the project in the construction price.
