- You will receive the project, contact the contractors, and they will calculate the actual volumes without the opportunity to save money. usually, the project office is used for the construction of large objects or complex large private houses. as a rule, potential contractors are involved to control the construction budget during the design process.
- Option 3-architectural and construction center. This is a construction company with its own architectural department. In this case, the project is developed taking into account the construction costs. The design solutions have already been tested by this particular contractor. Due to standard solutions and technology, the cost of the design may not be at all. you may be asked to include the cost of the project in the construction price.
